When I first signed up for your boot camp in May, I was in a rut and knew that I needed to do something different. I had no idea how that one little decision would transform my life.
Wanting to lose some weight before getting married, I decided to join bootcamp for a month and made a personal commitment to work hard and stick with Adrian’s nutrition tips. Having always dreaded “working out”, I was shocked by how much I loved bootcamp. Every day was different and fun – I was never bored!
Beyond losing weight (45 lbs in 3 months!) and dress sizes (size 16 to a size 8), I’ve gained mental toughness. Friends and family have noticed that I’m in the best shape of my life and some have been motivated make changes in their own lives. Best of all, I think I’m a better model for my kids of what it means to commit to your own health.

My name is Robert. At 50 years old I was feeling older than my age & at 2l7 pounds out of shape & out of breath when I was climbing stairs or doing any other physical activity. I was eating junk food on the run everyday, drinking beer, not exercising & not thinking
about my health.
I started training with my cousin at 180 Fitness with the intention of loosing some
weight (10 lbs) within 2 to 3 months.
Eight months later I'm training weekly & getting great tips & eating healthier food. I've
lost close to 45 lbs. I’m in the best shape of my life & feeling younger. I have more
energy & more active physically. I even go running with my daughter!
